Herohonda – New Activa defective broken silcencer cover

Hello, I have book the activa on 10/12/13 and i received it on 16/12/2013 black coloured instead of Geny metallic grey upon their request i agreed. When they guy Yuvraj the retailer salesman after all the payment shown me the bike in the seller for 2 mins then asked us to sit upstairs until all fitting will be done after 1 1/2 hour we went to see the bike where i noticed the mark on the body ath the back which is quiet noticeable i reported same to the Yuvraj and ask him to change but he did’nt do it was saying invoice is done will do it once i come other day he will make it done by denting.I have their till 26/12/2013 nothing has been done yet he took to denting bought back said its done but it was not yet done. As a customer i paid all the charges for extra fittings and teflon coating but when i went their in front me they did the coating for 1 min that’s all. The service guy don’t respect the customers they joke as if we are their friends the Sripuram Aadi Honda is losing all their market value by this.

I want them to change the bike or refund the amount for the problem i am facing i never thought Aadi Honda quality is so low i am very disappointed.when i am paying you why don’t you give me the good bike why i need to suffer.
