i have complaint to consumer court in goa and they have given order after 2 years that printer should be replaced in brand new. accordingly i have made letter to them by registered but till now they have not replied to my letter.my goa consumer court case no.51/2010. since the case is small and within warranted why it is taking such long time why it is not settled within a short period. pl take necessary action against them. i hope u will do so within a short period of time.

either printer in recent brand or money along with advocate legal fees and other work suffered.
