We had opted for an online contest paying 1398 Rs. When we did not win, we could purchase any item from the website. We placed an order two times and did not receive the items. Our credit points last displayed as 1649 has come down to 60 but no items received. Last order placed was for hand mixer and a cap. Their number is never responded to. Any option you choose, the IVR plays on and on.

We lost Rs. 1649. The point is how many more people would have lost their money here
