Sir, I have booked I-ticket of Rajdhani Express online from IRCTC but till the date of travel ticket was not deleivered on my address mentioned and the Ticket was in W/L asso. On the day of travel I called IRCTC and said to cancel my ticket if they cant send it to my home address, but they said to go at Railway Counter for cancellation. Soon I went to railway Counter But There they said that ticket will only be cancelled by IRCTC if booked online… I argued with them for long time then they asked for the ticket to show them , but since as I have not received any ticket from IRCTC yet, so I told them that IRCTC have not send me any ticket yet… They also laughed and said that only IRCTC can cancel it online not them… 🙁 It has been more than A year now And finally what reply I got from IRCTC that they cant refund the amount accordingly said to them by Railways. My Amount was above Rs.3000

I have booked this ticket a year back from my credit card of HDFC bank and since IRCTC din’t refunded my money back so They are charging late fine of Rs.500/ month X 12 months since that time… All this expense I have to bear now.
