That Complainant purchased a Laptop Pavillion DV6700 (Order # 146391) and paid Rs. 15,000 (Rs.3,200 for AMC services, Rs.10,000 for mother board, Rs.2,500 for battery and other maintenance charges) 4. That the laptop failed to work as expected and the problem with the mother board recurred even after getting it repaired. The battery backup is not good either and does not last for more than half-an hour. Complainant complained (dated 10th January 2014) his issue to Opposite Party no. 1 repeatedly but no efficient repair services have been given to him till now and Complainant continue to face problems with his laptop.
