i have bought a Hewlett Packard laptop on 2o December of 2013.and laptop has 1 year of onsite warranty.now my laptops hard drive is not working and i have logged a complain to their complain center 1800112267 the complain no is 4742306486.now the hp is saying that they are unable to change my hard drive. Because the the serial no of hard drive is not matching with my laptops serial no.so now they are denying their duty.but i have never done any service from hp service center. this is the first time in which i am requesting to change the hard drive of the laptop as it was faulty.

i only want that hp should replace my laptops hard drive as because my laptop is in warranty.
