Purchased laptop in Dec 2013 with 3 years warranty. Within 13 months the laptop has gone for servicing 7 times and 5 times parts were replaced.4 times the data was lost completely. I am doing office work with this laptop and feel very insecure as i am afraid about when this will fail.when contacted HP, they said that only repair can be done and the product cannot be replaced.

loss of data. work affected. mental strain. everytime the laptop will be in service center for 5-10 days. Fear of data theft as i have confidential data in the laptop.
