Hi, I have bought a HP monitor HP 23FI IPS LED from www.hpshopping.in on 23/08/2013.Order No. is 64689.I have paid Rs. 12, 590 for this monitor, but MRP printed on box is only Rs. 12, 316 only (Including all taxes)Image is attached for your reference.

So instead of Rs. 12,316 hp charged Rs. 274 extra money from me for that. I have emailed them on this issue on 29th August and got the response from them on 9th September. They have told me to send the picture of the box where price is mention so that they can escalate my issue. I have sent the picture of box same day. On 14th September i got the conformation email of picture receiving and told me that they have already forwarded my complaint to concern department. After that i haven’t received any response from their side even i have emailed 3-4 times but no response.

So please look in this matter and contact HP to return me extra money that they have charged from me.
