Received a damaged product on oct 2013, Order ID – 1294411618 ,Complaint Number – 3461833 , returned the product to snapdeal AWB No : 11124903243 which is under Trust pay . As per Trust pay from Snapdeal refund will be done in 7 days it is 4 months no refund has been done yet . I made at least 20 calls to Snapdeal till now .
