Hewlett Packard – notebook not working

Dear sir/Madam, I have purchased my hp pavilion notebook g6-2101tx in 2012 September . and my display of notebook not working properly due driver comparability issue . I logged complain to hp customer care and first they provide me some of yhe links from where i can download all driver but it don-not met the requirements of my laptop so again i call back to hp they told me to format the laptop i do the same and again install all driver as said by hp customer car but the problem is not solved.My laptop is under warranty period also now no help is given by hp they have taken 24 hr to avail compatible driver but no call or correspondence is made from hp after 48 hr . M case Id registered to hp is 4723607220 and 4723456605. So, please help me i shall be obliged you for this. Your’s faithfuly, JAI Prakash conatct no 8288861128.

solve my problem by providding prorpe graphics driver and other drivers so that my laptop is working properly
