I purchased HP56 Black Cartridge from M/s “D.S. Stationers” located at Shop No. 16, Kashmiri Market, Opp. Shanker Market, Connaught Place, New Delhi-110001 on 24th Aug, 2014 for an amount of Rs 1350/-. I confirmed at the time of purchase from retailer that it is HP Original Reseller and that cartridge is genuine. I took sales invoice from the retailer along with the purchase. The harrowing experience started once I intended to start using the HP product. The cartridge was not recognized by the printer and would constantly generate error message in the printer. It caused great inconvenience as I have daily printing chores at home and I approached the retailer regarding the issue. The retailer brazenly washed his hands off the whole problem and told to contact HP service for grievance redress. He provided contact details: “B-81, Okhla Ph-2, Tel: 40759627” and told to approach them for cartridge exchange. I have been calling given telephone number but it does not connect

Exchange of cartridge or full refund of money spent till now (Rs 2500/ approx). Action against fraudulent retailer.
