Hi My name is vikas verma.I ordered a product online on behalf of my mother(Uttra Devi). The online company says that they have dispatched the product on oct 6 2014 with a tracking no C08200113336. Since then i am trying to track/call first flight courier , their website does not give any status , just mentions the dispatch date and if I am trying customer service number, no one answer the call. I want take legal action against them. let me know the procedure or help me with my problem. Thnaks vikas verma
