This is related to Bangalore based “Ganga Chelston” property of this builder. At the time of construction, builder collected approximately Rs 2,86,500/- from each of residents (78 residents) on account of providing government electricity (KTPCL) and water (BWSSB) connection. At that time, government water pipelines were not laid in the area, however, builder had communicated that they have paid all the amount to water (BWSSB) authorities and that society (Ganga Chelston) will receive the water connection as soon as the pipeline work is completed by the government. BWSSB completed the water pipeline work in the area around 2 years back and all the neighboring societies have BWSSB water connection now. However, when we inquired from the builder, they have not been able to provide any credible response as why the society has not received the connection. All our attempts in last 2 years to work with the builder has resulted in failure due to the lack of response from the builder.

Immediate action from the builder to get the water connection for the society – Reimbursement of expenses incurred by the society on purchasing private water
