Snapdeal.com – False information product not received

On 28-September-2014, I placed an online order for a mobile phone from website [url]www.snapdeal.com[/url] paying the full amount through credit card. Order number provided to me is 3992834535. The shipment did not reach me even after a week. I sent a mail to snapdeal (help@snapdeal.com) enquiring about this. They said “Your product has already shipped by the seller, however it has been delayed by the courier service due to reasons beyond our control.” The courier info they provided is as follows: Courier Name – Red Express Courier Website Link – [url]https://www.getsetred.net/[/url] AWB Number – 11000662 Shows from the website shows the message “No POD available”. I tried contacting the courier company over phone. They took the AWB number and immediately the call was cut. I re-tried calling them 20 times but no response. Then I used email and online form to further try to communicate with snapdeal over 5 times but I got no further response for any of my queries and requests.
