Hewlett Packard – Replace of keyboard in warranty period

I am Purnendu Dubey from Bhopal. My laptop is HP pavilion g6-2005 ax. It had a keyboard issue about which I had complained to HP customer care on 2nd september 2013. They gave me case id 4709287664 and told me to take it to the HP service center (SYSNET Global)in Bhopal. There at service center, the so called engineer diagnosed it and told me that my keyboard part will be available in 3 days, ie on 5 september 2013. I went back on 5th september and they told me that my case ID was closed and the part cannot be order because of closed case and then told me that i have to complain again to customer care and get new case ID. On that day itself,ie, 5th september 2013 I complained again and got new case ID 4709584146. When i told the service center person my case id, he said he cant do anything until the HP customer Care will forward my complain to HP service Center. I again waited that day. On same day, i got call from HP customer care saying that my warranty is ON-SITE, ie, the engineer will have to come to my home and properly serve the issue. I waited again for 3 days, no one came, then i called HP service Center, they told me to come there as they dint have engineers. I went there 3 times after that, just to get my laptop diagnosed. And every time they diagnosed it, they found same keyboard issue and noted down everything and keyboard id,etc but they never ordered the keyboard for the same. Last friday, ie on 13th semptember, they again called me to visit there (remember my warranty is ON-SITE still I have to visit there), since they have by mistake missed my whole case ID, keyboard CT number etc details. That day they told me that they had ordered my keyboard part. From that day till today, ie 20th September 2013, nothing happened, Customer care tells me that keyboard is not available in their warehouse. Now tomorrow i have to relocate to Delhi, i have a lot work to do using my laptop which i am not able to do for the last 18 days. Nothing is happening and HP people are just non-cooperative. If they had done or even ordered keyboard on 5th or 6th september, my laptop would have been serviced till now.

I want my keyboard to be replaced as soon as possible and also want free hardware warranty for my laptop for at least 3 more years as they are always going to tell me that the parts are not available and would make me wait. I also want the monetary refunds for the damage they caused me by wasting a lot of my time and money.
