Hewlett Packard – Under Warranty Printer Not Repaired

I had purchased HP printer from Mr Salman Active networks ( innvoice no 1415/037 ). There is problems in my printer of scanner and display last month in august this problem started then after I contacted the dealer and hp support my problem solved in warranty. But from 10 days again there is same problem of display I contacted salman but he told me to contact HP care then I registered a complaint ( case id 4926273) they were going to contact me in 48 hrs and solve the problem I contacted HP support many times and also MR salman also on mail but didn’t get any solution. Now today I am getting reply to wait 10-15 days. I am attaching all supported documents for reference.

I want that I get refund of my printer because I am facing lots of problems and my work is effected so I cant wait and will have to Purchase a new printer.
