Apparently i got my statement of Citi credit card with the outstanding amount mention is Rs.10201.22 but i have checked my calculations of withdrawal its sums up around Rs.8000. and as communicated to me at the time of credit card that you have to pay only 3% of rate of interest on whatever amount you withdraw from credit card so even if they charge me for a month with this rate of interest it will be around Rs.240. but as per the statement i have to pay Rs.2000 rupees extra as interest for Rs.8000 in a month … means are they kidding me.

Lott of stress and financial scare for my family and me . we are lower middle class family and we just wanted to buy things at the right time through this credit card but this chaos . because of this i am unable to pay my phone bills because 2000 rupees is too much for a lower middle class family
