I bought a combo pack of koutons shirt from here on 10th feb,and they delivered me a duplicate koutons shirt and another colours. As.As to their policy i returned back to them with my own courier service and i paid for it as well. After that they were keep on saying that they hadn’t received the product and so and so another excuses after long they accepted yes they received the product without apologize. And i told them to refund but they were on saying that according to our policy we couldn’t make a refund.But another boy from their customer care was like saying that i’ll get my refund in 2-3 days.I waited for so long but they sent me the same product again 2 times,as i was like not to accept them so refused the delivery and called them again and again to cancel my this order and please refund me all the time they only disconnected my call all the time,and after so long in the month of April the refunded that 119 0rs as 100bestbuy credit,i really got annoyed with their services and i accepted that credit and i was like to choice something from their site again and use that credit but again another fake policy that they was saying i could not use my all that credit on another purchase.How someone can be so rude to their customer with same thing disconnection of call at last. And today they disconnected my call for 7 times. I’m really annoyed from their service and fake policies.

I just want all that refund in my bank account as i don’t want to purchase from their site.
