I made a subscription for Hindu newspaper for a period of 12 months vide order number BG 92430 on 17th Sept 2013. The paper should have been delivered to me from 1st Oct 2013, but it was not delivered until now.

I am a Senior citizen and regular reader of the paper. As such, I subscribed with great expectation. But, I have been put into mental torture and dis-respect in-spite of my repeated daily requests to their toll-free number, news agent and the representative who canvassed for the subscription. Even my detailed email addressed to bangcri@thehindu.co.in, subs@thehindu.co.in and they were lying without any response till date.

I request this forum to take up the matter with The Hindu newspaper, Bangalore and redress my grievance by getting my daily newspaper, which I subscribed.
