Hi Team, I have taken Hindustan Times Offer for 399Rs. for one year subscription along with gift. I have given the cheque 5-Jan-2013. My coupon ID is 8501067. At the time of cheque collection, executive told that gift will be delivered within a month.I have called 5 times to HT customer care number & got response that — your gift will be delivered within 7 or 10 working days. But still, I didn’t get the gift even after 6+ months. Below is the details of I have called to customer care number & respective complaint id.
