I’ve a Hindustan Unilever Puriet water purifier. The germ kill kit given by Taj Services, Borivali (W), Mumbai on behalf of Hindustan Unilever Pureit on 5th of March 2014 was defective.
One of the three parts from the kit was broken. Even after several reminders, there is no response from their side to this date. Even after calling almost everyday they aren’t attending to my problem. This is not the kind of service one expects from a reputed company like Hindustan Unilever.
Please help as soon as possible and this must stand as a review for other purchasers on the quality of product.
