Hindustan Unilever -purit device started leaking no response by company

My PUREIT was working perfectly until your technician had installed the germ kill kit on 3/3/2014 and the device started leaking. I had called the technician next morning and he said he will be coming and did not turn up. Hence I had to register a complaint C145635592 on 4/3/2014. Another technician visited on 5/3/2014 and said the device is damaged and needs to be replaced at a cost of Rs.750/- which I refused. I had called up the customer care again and asked for a call back from the service provider but still no response. I had logged three complaints, C145635592 – 4/3/2014 C145642393 – 8/3/2014 C145647123 – 9/3/2014
