Do buy these products they send bombs instead of acs i purchased an Hitach window ac invoice number r-0084 and they gave me a life threating device after one month of use the pin of the compressor can out and the gas of the ac leaked and oil came out and the device was on fire.we complained the hitachi customer care and service center and no action has been taken.the same device is still in my house .i wanted to know what can we do and do you people can take any action against such a bogasand cheat company.who sells a life threatening bomb like device to the customers. me and my wife were in the room if we would have lost our life who would hve been responsible.the ac was a 1.5 ton window ac and was bought from hitachi hitachi contact no +91 – 011 – 26991361/62/63 my contact no 9582510786 i hope my complaining here some action will be taken against such a cheat company.
