We purchase AC from Hitachi stall at Pragati Maidan during exhibition on 26th May 2013. As per prevailing scheme (see attached booking slip), we were promised a free AC dust cover worth Rs. 1000 by Mr. Rohit Kumar (Sales and Marketing) at the time of Purchase. However inspite of several follow up’s over last 6 months with Hitachi as well as the dealer (Summer Air con) who dispatched the AC, we still don’t have the AC cover. In addition to following up with Mr. Rohit, we have followed up with Mr. Sunil @ 9999651519 (Summer Air Con dealer), Mr. Sachin @ 931219899, Mr. Deepak @9310461011 (Branch Head, Hitachi) and also registered a compliant with Hitachi customer care division. Still nothing has been done by the company as well as the dealer to resolve this matter.
We demand Rs. 500 as nominal charges (cost of over 100 phone calls), Free AC dust cover as promised per booking slip and an apology from the branch head to end this matter.
