Hitachi Ac – faulty product poor response by staff

I had purchased three Hitachi airconditioners on 25th April. One of them was faulty and the Hitachi engineers diagnosed it to be replaced. But, it has been approximately one month and the unit has not been replaced till now.

I have taken leaves on designated days given to me for the unit change resulting in economic losses for that day’s salary. I have tried calling multiple times and visited the dealer twice resulting in economic losses related to call charges and commuting charges. It has become a mental harassment at this point of time.

I want the unit replaced and Hitachi compensating me for the days gone by in monetary form to compensate for the mental harassment and the number of days salary I had to take leave.
