Hitachi A/C Has Problems Not Resolved

I bought a Hitachi 1.5 Tons Summer QC A.C. on 07/03/2013 from M/S Talwar Electronics, Panipat. This is supposedly the best and most expensive window a.c. in its segment that Hitachi offers. I found the cooling to be slow and machine noisy for which I lodged a complaint with Hitachi by calling its customer care on 26/05/2013, on 8/06/2013 a service technician visited us for the first time, i.e., after 13 days, that too after many follow-ups. On inspection, the technician admitted to the problem but also expressed his inability to rectify the problem. Since, then i have written many e-mails to Hitachi, but all went unanswered. I want either my money and they can take their product or arrange for a replacement. This has also caused mental tension to me.

I had to make too many phone calls, also I had to visit the dealer twice, located 20 kms. from my residence.

Product replacement with a brand new unit as it is just 3 months old and hardly used due to the mentioned problem. Else full refund.
