I am from Kolkata. My regd mobile number is 983XX73916. I purchase 6 Hitachi split AC’s of various capacities ranging from 1.2 to 2 te and all of them are covered by AMC. But no one has cared to inspect the AC’s as per the scheduled once in 4 mths visit since 1.3.14 i.e 7 visits have not been made. The AMC provider OPERA ELECTRONICS cannot be contacted, maybe does not exist. I would like to know why and an official apology from Hitachi with the assurance that this will not happen again and a pro rata discount on the AMC charges as per visits rqd to be made and not made.
