Hitachi Air Conditioner – Poor Service

I had purchased 1.5 to Hitachi A.C. in the first week of July. Day after installation we discovered that water was dripping from the A.C. Additionally to our horror we experienced electrical shock. We could lodge a complaint after trying for more than 2 hours as most of the numbers as per website are non-functional or defunct. After lodging complaint on 14th the mechanic turned up after 48 hours on 16th after repeated follow-up. Again today water is dripping. We shudder to think about the ordeal to lodge a complaint once again and wait for 48 hours for resolution. Is this the kind of customer service that you provide ? I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend anyone to purchase any of your product.
