I bought a split 1.5 ton hitachi ac on 21st june 2014 from a certain KBM electronics in yusuf Sarai, New Delhi. I was assured that my ac would be installed by 6 in the evening. I waited for a confirmation all day n when I received no calls from the dealer or the hitachi people I called them up only for them to tell me that it would get installed 100% even if it’s late at night. After several calls I was told that it was now too late for installation. I was then promised that installation would take place next morning which being a Sunday. Now when I call them back they say that they have no authority over anything. I really disappointed n annoyed and it would be best if they just return me my money n take the ac away. Regret trusting a brand as big as hitachi. Equally the people at KBM electronics are rude and gud for nothing.
