I have taken a Annual Maintenance -Semi Comprehensive Service Contract from HITACHI HOME & LIFE SOLUTIONS (I) LTD. 2H/45,Bahadurpur Housing Colony, MG Nagar, Kankarbag, PS-Agamkuan, Patna ,Bihar on 07/09/13 till 06/9/14. Under this contract the service provider will give 4 routine service in a year which will cover – a) Checking operational performance parameters of machine b)Cleaning of blower, c)Condenser fan, D)Air Filter, E) Evaporator coil, G) Condenser coil and part. As per the contract the complaint shall be attended by next day of the same being reported. I have made several request and got the confirmation service request number but nobody came to provide actual service. Service Request numbers received through SMS are- 14022701547,14030501065,14032802920. Out these three request numbers, I also received sms which stated that your request is closed in our system. But I did not receive any service as nobody came to my house to provide the service. When I tried calling the concerned person they did not address my problem, I also called the customer care of Hitachi but they also did not address my complain.Several follow up through phone call were made by me to the customer care , concerned person in Hitachi for Bihar and the authorized service provider at 9334955716,9334317079,0612-2344500,0612-3290931 but none of them addressed my complaint.
I want my money back given for AMC to HITACHI HITACHI HOME & LIFE SOLUTIONS (I) LTD. 2H/45,Bahadurpur Housing Colony, MG Nagar, Kankarbag, PS-Agamkuan, Patna, Bihar, 800007 , money given to external service provider for maintaining the AC and compensation for the wastage of my time, money and mental harassment done due to the lack of service and follow up with the provider. INR 1738 – AMC cost INR 1000- Cost of service taken from another person for cleaning and maintaining AC INR 5000- Cost of my time, communication through phone and mental harassment.
