his is Santhakumar R.V went to purchase few medicines for stomach disorder in Mohan Nagar(Hyderabad) Apollo pharmacy store around 2.30 AM today. Requested 4 Cifran CT tablets(not strip)along with other medicines. But the sales person (Linganna) denied to provide the Cifran CT tablets as requested. He told that we will provide the tablets strip only(10 Tablets) .As an Apollo customer never faced this scenario with Apollo pharmacy in Chennai. Is there any rules stating that Apollo pharmacy provide the medicines in bulk quantity only for few medicines which are expensive. Please provide information on the right contact person to take this issue forward.
