Unresponsive Nokia Customer Care

I have submitted my Nokia lumia 920 on 24th March 2014 for display repair under warranty. It has been more than 35 days now and there is no time given for the phone repair or replacement. Since i have been following them on email and calling them regularly but they only say that the my issue has been forwarded to the backend team and they are looking into it. They also lied twice by telling me that my device has been repaired and i should go to Nokia care and pick that up. Neither they provide me the contact details of any higher management as they say they cannot provide me because of security reasons.

The mail trail is given below:

I regret for the inconvenience caused to you. In response to your email, I would like to inform you that the case has been already forwarded to the backend department. Any update in this regard will be communicate to you at the earliest. Further, I acknowledged the information received from your side and taken your feedback.
