Hitachi Closed Request Without Attending / Reason

Madam/Sir,
I made a request for service through. The call was docketed vide no 17010902539 and I received SMS on 09.01.2017.
I received phone call from 9333666937 on 10.01.2017 and concerned person from other end told that the call would be attended on 11.01.2017.

I request to attend the call on 12.01.2017 as I would be available on that day. The male voice from the other end told that it is a holiday for them. I then requested to attend the call on coming Saturday, i,e on 14.01.2017 as I would be available on that day. At that time I overhear that one lady was shouting – say to the customer that the call would be attended on 11.01.2017. They were discussing that on 11.01.2017 they were to attend some calls around the locality. Hence they had the aim to attend my call on 11.01.2017 itself.

I told that on working days nobody will be at home. So if they come on any working day they will not get access to the machine. I also told that another option to do servicing is that I have to bunk office on that day. I also asked the person – are you suggesting such option? I further told that I expect you will do the job on coming Saturday and that is why I lodged the complain well in advance to accommodate the service request in your schedule.
The lady whose voice I overheard earlier, then in a very irritated voice told to drop the phone and the male voice told that they would inform me later.

Then in the evening I received SMS that the call was closed and HITACHI thanked me.
It is for your information that 3 ACs are running at my home and all were of VOLTAS. Being dissatisfied with the service of VOLTAS I choose HITACHI as I have expectation of better service. Hope HITACHI will honor my admiration.
