I have purchased Hitachi air conditioner from the mentioned shop, however, the model that was delivered to me was totally different. I made the payment for model no. RAT518HUD which is also mentioned on the invoice whereas, the model that was delivered is RAW518KUD. Shop owner has completely refused to replace it and is asking to pay Rs 4000 extra for the replacement. Earlier my mother and I had to chase up numerous times with shop owner for the delivery of the product which was delivered 2 days after the payment was made and now this hick up.

Looking for the replacement for the product I have paid for which is mentioned in the bill with all the labour and installation charges.
