Hitachi doing fraud with customers on name of National Warranty.

I purchased hitachi 2 ton window a/c & stabilizer(logicare) from HAPPY REFRIGERATION & AIR CONDITIONING WORKS, DWARKA ,NEW DELHI, On 8/5/2013. After installation of a/c ,the stabilizer is continuously giving electric shock. I called hitachi customer care and registered a complaint on 16/5/2013.(req. No. 13051603409). It has been now more than a month but no one has come to my place for attending the call. I have given more than 20 calls at call centre . And many mails at their customer care ID. But all in Vein. The customer care on e-mail did not revert even once. .It is life threatening fault in AC/Stabilizer. But Hitachi is neglected towards it. Human life does not mean anything for them.

I want the product should be rectified or Replaced asap. Also as call centre on Phone as well as E-mail is not responding properly, i want some strict action on concerns so that other customer will not face this issue.
