I have purchased a Micromax smart phone (A100) in Nov’12 from a authorised dealer in Bangalore. After one month of my purchasing, phone has started giving me the problem. I have given my phone to service center (OVEZ communication) in Bangalore. They returned my phone after keeping for 15 days. Instead of rectifying the issue, they have introduced some more problem in phone. From Dec’ 12, till now, 4 time i have given my phone to service center. Every time, the new problem is introduced in the phone. This time my phone is lying with them from 19th April 2013 (Almost 2 months). Still waiting for my phone. On ever followup, they use to give me some false commitment. Could anyone help me in this?
I want Back my money.
