Hitachi provided me a damage and broken 1.5 ton Split AC. But still they have not given any replacement after so many follow-up. Already Two month gone any my money totally stucked . Model-Split AC 1.5ton-RAS 318HUDD In Split 1.5 ton AC have many broken parts in both unit(Indoor and Outdoor). Photos has been attached.

Already Two Month gone from purchase 1.5 ton Split AC. But till now company not give any replacement. I want brand new replacement asap. My money already blocked, I am totally help less regarding this. Please help to come out this big problem.
