I purchased 2 Hitachi fridge from vijay sales on 28/05/2014. There is fault in one of my fridge i called customer care on 21/06/2014 and registered my complaint for the problem i’m facing but after that there was no action taken for my registered complaint,after that i called them so many times they reply me tommorw your complain will be solved but till now there is no service from hitachi.

The door of the fridge is not working properly and there is problem is freezer also

I want to replace my product as soon as possible and please take a strict action against there service department
