purchased the A C in oct 2010. and since last 1 year the cooling effect is not coming. I complained the matter to company and since then there has been visits of their service engineer has not resulted in rectifying the defects. in last few months gas leakage occurred 3 times and now the company says i need to pay 11000 rupee to get the a c rectified I do not agree because the machine has failed to give service in last 6 months and company has failed to rectify it

i would want the company should rectify the A C and repair by what ever way they think good ( changing coil) as I was given to understand and machine should give proper cooling i have documentary proof of the work done by company in since july 2013
