I purchased a black mancini formal shoe, code R-12 from reliance foot print,vaishali nagar, jaipur(Rajasthan) on 26.11.2013. After one month of normal use the shoe was in dismal condition. The shoe lost its leather from the front side and also it started deteriorating. I went to the store for complaining but the response from the store manager was not satisfactory. They showed a irresponsible behaviour towards me and they were not bothered about consumer complaint against them.

I want the value of the product and also 500 Rs extra for mental discomfort.
