Hitachi Poor AC product & after sales service

Dear Sir, I bought 1.5 ton AC on 10.04.17 and hardly used for total 15 to 20 till 2.6.17. Now it has gone faulty as it’s compressor trips after one minute of start. I lodged the complaint on 2nd, June. On 3rd 12 o’clock I got call from Hitachi that the Engineer is coming to attend me. But , when he did not come till 5.30 PM , I phoned him. then he told some unique story that he has attended my fault and got my sign. When I fired him and told that I am Keshav Prasad speaking , and waited for you since 12 o,clocck, but you did not come, and now you are saying that you have attended the fault. then he came to my home at 5.30, but.could not clear the fault and went back, saying that he will attend it tomorrow. But on 4th also no body came. Then in evening, I spoke to Executive, who assured me that the fault would be attended on 4th itself on urgent basis, but nothing had been done. Now today, ie on 5th, this is 9.20 PM, my complaint has not yet been attended. This is for information and urgent action pl. I am going to give this case to press also. Thanks Keshav Prasad
