I have purchase the membership in May 2013,under terms and condition that if not satisfied with locking period of 1 years. Everything mentioned in the document 1)Now they are saying that it is non refundable. 2)HOTELS offered by then are very limited in addition to that there charges are equivalent to the rates. 3)There is no proper person who takes the responsibility for the same.

i have to keep calling and once in a while they attend the call.Booking waiting period is too high Even if they attend the call they don’t resolve look forward to resolve the problem at anytime. Never reply to the mails. It is time consuming and mentally disturbing to keep calling and they are not responding.
