Holiday Trip Membership – Review

1.Company deal by changing the name of employee. 2. Booking procedure is not followed and no mail confirmation is given even after filling booking form. 3. As per sales manger Sarvojot Chhabra alias Swinky commitment the hotel facilities will be provided star(3 star-5 star) properties as per customer choice but the customer care officer Virendra Singh is saying, hotels accommodation will be given as per availability of their portal portal which never mentioned at the time of taking membership. 4. Office website is not working. In office website mentioned that 24*7 dedicated service and contact number but no service is provided. 5.Customer care officer Virendra Singh used abused language in his meeting with us. 6. Every time different employees say different reasons any incident like even manger is in some say she is not in office and other said she is meeting. There are so many such incidents.

1. Loss 20000 booking amount 2. We lost so much time in visiting there different offices and meeting with different people. 3. We got mental torture in our every visit to company office because of there fake replies and abused language.

I want to cancel my membership and get back my booking amount RS 20000 back. I found that many people invested their harden money so I want there some action should be taken against the company. Sarvoj Contact Number- 9049526262
