I have a book a e-ticket from lucknow to dubai at 5 june 2015 but the ticket has been failed.i have paid for this jouney 9874 rupee. when i call to makemytrip customer care at 6 jun 2015 they said to me that your amount will refund in 7 to 8 working days. then i waited for 10 days. then i call to makemytrip at 17 june they generated the refrence id reference id:[150617-019916] and told to me that you amount will refund in 3 working days. when i call them at 20 june they told that your amount will refund on 22 june 2015. when i call them 22 june 2015 they told me that please send your bank account statement.i send the attachment of my bank statement of transaction of date of 4 june to 6 june 2015.the two reference id:[150622-036632] and reference id:[150622-039714] generated on 22 june 2015. they tell me that we will imform you after 24 hours. booking id nn2304011115278 from lucknow to dubai date of booking 05/06/2015 date of journey 05/07/2015 email id which was registered in makemytrip jaimaakali103@gmail.
