I’ve given my mobile karbonn s20 with imei no 911211853823202 which is under warrenty to smart services,bapuji nagar, bhubaneswar for restart problems. The job sheet no is 1993 on 27-03-15 . Till now they haven’t returned the handset.many times i went there but they told me the hand set is sent to service head office of karbonn mobile on l3 basis and not returned from there. I’ve contacted karbonn mob cc 18602004660 four times but always the replay is same “we have escalated ur complain, within one week you will get ur handset”.but that one week never came till today.then i had e-mailed the service center at info@karbonnmobiles.com several times(email transcript attached), but no solution till yet. What is this nonsense sir? Don’t they have any value for the customer?when a model set has a lifespan of few weeks , they can’t able to repair a mobile for nearly 3 months. So sir kindly take necessary action against the service center & the handset company karbonn mobiles.
