So we heeded the call and went to attend the function for so called awarding of the “free gift” in Bala Residency on 14th July 2010. But to our wonder we also saw a lot of people had been called in the same way to accept gifts. We got a doubt about this but wanted to enquire and hence stayed back. Already there was a scuff going on between one customer and the receptionist on the same matter and the customer was refering this campaign of your’s to the one’s done by the ICICI life insurance. After wards we were asked to sit for a presentation and were explained about the “country vacations” the different holiday destinations and all that but the staff were reluctant to tell about the gifts after which they told to us about that. They also informed that the said manila trip would be given if we paid Rs. 6000 and that was for only room rent at the destination. Other expenses must be made by us. We were given two free entry tickets by the staff for entry to the Hubli Water Park. We were then forced in a way as a matter of fact forcibly to provide cash immediately for signing up an agreement for the deal of life time member of the club. But we clearly told the representatives that the initial amount which we will pay a total of 50,000=00 would be subject to your opening of a local office only and the membership will be opted only if the permanant local office is opened for which they told us that it would be opened with in 20 to 25 days. But now that two months have passed by and there is no sign of your local office opening in Bellary, I demand that my money of Rs. 50000=00 be paid back.
