To our surprise and shock, within 4 to 5 months of purchase of cot, the metal grid broke and we had registered a complaint with Mr.Abdul Rehman (9600199193) and Mr.Tousiff Ahamed in Home Centre at Express Avenue. The response from their side was very poor and we were left unsettled due to the non-availability of cot for more than 2 weeks. After persistent follow up over phone and personal visit me to the stores, the metal grid was replaced. At that time we were assured that with the current rectification the problem would not reoccur. However the grid has broken again and the photographs of the same have been enclosed. We requested Mr Abdul Rehman to immediately look into this and provide a permanent solution (Replacement). This repetitive fault is led us to believe that this may have been due to design / manufacturing defect and a permanent solution to this was immediately requested.

We do not want a makeshift solution of repairing the cot and this has been conveyed clearly to their staff. We seek immediate relief and damages suffered.We require Rs 4,00,000 lakhs for the physical and mental agony suffered by us.
