Hello, My Reliance Netconnect+ number is 7428643110. After Activate My Dongle, I have been facing network issues. My dongle is not connected and not show any network in my device. The first time I complained for My Dongle Regarding Network related issue on 22 Jan 2014 Reliance employee said your problem will be resolved in next 2 days.But my problem in not resolved after 2 days.The second time I tried he gives complaint no 215568196 and requested for another 2 days to solve my problem but still my problem is same.Finally, on 30/01/2014, on 180030005555 took my complaint . He agreed there are network issues in my area which had still not been solved, and assured me that once the technicians solved the problem, I would not be charged for the entire time frame. On 30/01/2014, my bill cycle is running.Finally reliance executive says in your area network updation work is running.Can you please help and solve my problem according to this.
