Hi, I have bought Sony XPeria S from Croma and after two month of purchase it started giving problem with touch screen and after 4 months of purchase I gave it to Croma for rectification and cam to know that there was software issue, though there was issue with touch based on false information , though they did not disclose the details I accepted the same set and after some time it started giving problems with Mike and when I submitted the set again to Croma they are saying it is out of warranty , It was told to me that when the set goes to service center , they increase the warranty period for one month and now when I asked that the problem will not resurface they are assuring but there is no written proof of what they are replacing and whats going on. I want the cell to be replaced. Please let me know how I can proceed on the same. Also to preserve the consumers from these frauds done by companies there should be some clear guidelines, Each time set goes to service center they do not disclose what is wrong and when customer asks some thing they either create a new policy or say it is not covered under the policy, these companies should be sued. They upfront say that In India you cannot do anything ass for 25K phone you have to spend some lakhs before someone hears you and a lot of time, by that time you will leave everything Regrads Naveen Garg
