Sir, I bought new laptop of Rs.29500/- (Twenty Nine Thousand Five Hundred Only.) from “M/s Pace Computech Pvt. Ltd., R-54, Ground Floor, Main Vikas Marg, Shakarpur, Metro Piller No.45, Delhi-110092 vide Retail Invoice No.RI/14-15/01072 dt.20.07.2014. Sir I Paid Rs.9500/- for down payment. & Balance amount Paid through finance system. Sir, fiance company “M/s Home Credit India Finance Pvt. Ltd.” is finance with total Bill amount instead balance amount.(i.e. Rs.29500/-) Sir, the down payment of Rs.9500/- made by me has been swindled by the the finance co / dealer as the company has converted the entire cost of Rs.29500/- into full installments of Rs.29500/-
